Helping people recognize emotional manipulation before it becomes financial fraud.
My Mission
After experiencing the devastating effects of a sophisticated online romance scam, I became determined to understand how emotional manipulation, trust, and attachment are used to facilitate financial fraud.
Today, I am the author of Ding – "Hello Dear, Did You Miss Me?" I am also the host of The Anatomy of Modern Romance Scams podcast and the creator of the Attachment Override Model (AOM) and the Four S's framework used to identify common warning signs in these scams.
What I found was a widespread lack of understanding about how these scams operate and why intelligent people become trapped in them. This lack of understanding became the catalyst for action—through writing, speaking, podcasting, and public education.
My mission is to help individuals, families, and organizations recognize the warning signs of manipulation before emotional attachment overrides logic and financial loss occurs.
